Reservation Process:
To reserve a condo hotel unit at Kensington
Royale, we will send you an available inventory list to choose a unit.
In addition, when you are ready to reserve a unit, we will send a
one page form (Binding Letter of Intent to Purchase Real Estate) to
be filled out. At this point you would send the form along with a
non-refundable, credit card payment of AED 5,000 dirham, which is
roughly equal to $1,360.00 to confirm your reservation of the condo
hotel unit.
Prices
Prices range from $199,000 to $345,000.
